Machines are very important for printing factories, so equipment maintenance and upkeep are very important for enterprises. Equipment maintenance and repair are daily tasks that operators must face. If the machinery and equipment are not regularly and reasonably maintained and repaired, it will not only affect the service life of the machine in the long run, but also cannot print exquisite printed products. Therefore, equipment maintenance and upkeep are the basis for ensuring the service life of the machine, improving equipment utilization rate, and ensuring stability.
The maintenance of general printing equipment can only be carried out at night or during normal national holidays when the printing factory is not very busy with business. Only in this way can the printing factory have profits to maintain. Equipment maintenance work also needs to be divided into daily maintenance, first level and second level maintenance according to the workload and difficulty level. For printing equipment, implementing a "three-level maintenance system" is also quite important!
In daily life, we will carefully inspect the equipment during the handover of night and day shifts, wipe all parts and add lubricating oil to keep the equipment neat, lubricated and safe. Make good inspection records, report any malfunctions during the shift, participate in troubleshooting, record the time of the malfunction, and confirm the repair effect in a timely manner.
There are several key maintenance points that need special attention for printing machines:
1、 Pressure roller
The pressure roller of the printing machine is not clean, resulting in uneven printing pressure during the production process. A common situation is that there is tape or dry ink on the pressure roller, which increases the height of the pressure roller and leads to an increase in printing pressure. Common quality accidents include blurry printing and unclear articles or images. So the pressure roller must be kept clean.
2、 Printing plate cylinder
Unclean printing plate cylinder can affect the printing plate pressure and printing pressure during the production process. Common situations include tape and dry ink, as well as unevenness on the liner. This production will directly increase the height of the printing plate, resulting in inconsistent height of the printing plate, causing printing blurring, unclear dots, ghosting, and other phenomena.
3、 Ground track
The cleaning of the ground rail is the most easily overlooked. If the ground rail of the printing machine is not cleaned for a long time, it will affect the parallelism of the printing unit. The non parallel ground rails of the unit directly affect the printing accuracy, so high-end printing machines have very high requirements for the ground rails. So the track must be cleaned daily.
4、 Mesh roller and ink tube surface
The mesh roller is the heart of a printing machine. If the mesh roller is not cleaned, it can cause white spots and inconsistent colors in the printing. Therefore, the mesh roller must be cleaned and maintained daily, rather than being clogged before maintenance. Mesh roller maintenance is daily maintenance. When not using the mesh roller, it should be cleaned with plate wash or laundry solution for daily circulation to ensure printing quality.
